Straight from “Coops Place” (a fine-eatin’ restaurant and otherwise one of the coolest hang-outs I know, on Decatur Street in New ‘Awlins), comes a “well-to-do” white wine cream sauce loaded with fresh shrimp, Tasso, mushrooms, garlic and Creole green beans. Serve this incredible sauce over fettuccine, garnish with green onions, and snuggle it up with a fresh garden salad and Garlic toasted French bread. Dress it up a little with a good white wine.
This sauce is hand made to order, quick frozen, then shipped straight to your door. Dry pasta and french bread included, along with heating instructions. Available by the quart (serves 3-4) or gallon (serves 12-16)
