Homemade Chicken Spaghetti
This is one great recipe for chicken spaghetti. Sure enough…It is the best I have ever had! The spicy combination of Rotel tomatoes, velveeta, tender green peas, herbs and spices used in this recipe are blended to create an incredibly scrumptious version of this age old dish. Skyler is making it from scratch for you today. Much love was put into the original recipe and Skyler is passing it on to you, serving it up like his Granny did, with a crisp green salad and garlic toasted French bread. Shooo…it’s good!

~~~~~~~~ FRIDAY~~~~~~~~
Homemade Chicken And dumplin’s
Here is another ancient family recipe for Chicken and Dumplings. Made from scratch according to Skyler’s Great Aunt Hermia’s (How do you like that name??) recipe. Chicken is stewed down till it is falling off the bone in a huge pot of whole celery stalks, whole onions, salt and pepper. The chicken is then shredded and the vegetables are removed from the pot, leaving a wonderfully flavored broth. Then are added homemade, hand rolled and cut dumplings. Put a bowl of these in front of me , with some hot buttered cornbread and a fresh garden salad to nibble on, and I am apt to make a fool of myself! Come on in and get you some…we’ll all just be fools together!!
Come on out and get you some…
Good Mood…Great Food !
