TheChiliHouse.com name and reputation has become well known in the Meridian area for excellent food and atmosphere.  The products we serve are of the highest quality as they are all hand made from scratch, by age old family recipes as well as authentic "Straight From the Bayou" recipes.  Browse around the website and see what you see.  Tammy and I are happy to work with you to develop menus best suited for your budget and event needs.  Check out our "Chat and Plan" page where you can meet with friends online to brainstorm, plan, and place your order for any event.  "Peace Out!"

ORDERING:  Your customer service department (that would be me or Tammy) is available at 601-934-1711 to take your order Monday through Friday, 9am-9pm.  Please allow at least 48 hours notice when placing orders; however, we will do our best to accommodate your last minute catering needs.

DELIVERY:  Delivery and set-up fees are based upon order size and distance.

CATERING TERMS:  Prices do not include 7% sales tax.  All parties must be guaranteed and confirmed 10 days in advance.  A deposit of 25% is required to hold and confirm all dates.  Payment must be made in full on the day of the event.  Deposits are non-refundable.  

EQUIPMENT:  TheChiliHouse.com offers a full line of disposable paper products.  We will also assist you in finding a rental source for other equipment that you may need for your event.

SERVICE PERSONNEL: As TheChiliHouse.com offers informal catering only, we do not provide servers as a part of our catering price.  We can, in most cases however, locate wonderful chefs, waiters, bartenders, and event supervisors for hire upon your request.   They are usually available at the rate of $10 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.

CANCELLATION:  Cancellation requires 48-hour notice.  Orders may not be cancelled on the day of delivery.
